The man in the cage hanging from crane on the left is and the heavy crane is. The heavy crane now has the jib braces folded out. These prevent the main jib from buckling under load when it is extended. The man in the cage is going up to the big crane to inspect the brace cables as they are paid out from the winches at the end of the brace arms.
