work has started on a major refurbishment project in the victoria centre, nottingham
one of the first areas to be tackled is the area near the market
i will be taking photos during the work to track progress - some big changes coming - escalators being taken out and new ones installed, new ceilings, lights, railings, columns getting a facelift... and lots more...
