Up against the wind

Saturday, my girl and I did some stuff around the house. We worked on homework, and chores. Of course we had a bit of playtime with the baby bunnies as well. We are anxious for their eyes to open soon.

In the afternoon, we head out to the beach for a classmate's birthday party. It was sunny...but oh so windy. We had such a lovely time though. We were there for 4 hours....and was sad to leave. So much great conversation, good food, and so many giggles. It was fun to watch the kids play together outside of school. Sugar enjoyed doing some cartwheels, and showing off some of her hand stands. She is getting quite good at them. It helps that we have no carpet, and barely any furniture in our living room. It is her personal gym right now. There is a silver lining to everything.

We got home right at bedtime....and Sugar drifted off quickly.
