This is Michelle's Easter slice called 'Rosie's Slice'

It is made with Malt Biscuits, Apricots, Coconut,Condensed Milk , and Chocolate.

It's a nasty piece of work and you need copious amounts of Coffee or Tea to wash it down and doesn't last long in our house.

By the way that's the beautiful Michelle in the back ground. It always amazes me how she can read a book, drink coffee, talk on the phone, and text on the other all at the same time.

Guess I will never know as this bloke brain is only capable of one thing at a time.
