Waiting for Warbirds

This afternoon after a little bit of real work in my office, I got a call from my friend Dan to join him at his hanger.

There at the airport he is developing a superb aviators man cave. From time to time I help him out with constructive advice.

The cave looks out over the airfield which is starting to come alive in preparation for this weekends Warbirds Over Wanaka.

There are some beautiful machines starting to come out and strut their stuff.
