A Break in the Weather

Today was the first time in over a week now since we had any sunshine at all here in Marlborough. It was a nice change to see some blue sky. Sadly it is not predicted to last with more heavy rain due to set in from this evening. The weather forecasts indicate we are in for a wet Easter.
This view is one I have blipped before at different times of the year. The section of river shown here was dry last week. There is now a modest amount of water running which was much enjoyed by the dogs who dashed in and out with gay abandon this morning. Some of the trees are taking on their autumn colour which makes for a more colourful vista.
