me, moss and the self-timer

over the summer i did lots of hill walking, climbed snowdown, did three 10k runs and even a half marathon.

since then i've done nothing and i definitely felt it today! it was much harder work than it should have been climbing to rodney's pillar.

moss wasn't really up for posing, but i think he was just grateful not to have to wait around for pebbles to be laid!

(wish there was a competition called wales at play!)
