WHERE WAS THE MOON.......

... went out in "the dim hope" of getting a shot of the moon lunar eclipse as it was very overcast and dim to the east, but to the west was in time for this sunset...

So, as the good ole WIKI shows what I was after, and will just have to hope the cloud lifts for tomorrow night.

Enjoy, and have a look in LARGE and see the Observatory at the Western Sydney University grounds, where there were quite a few very disappointed observers as with the cloud cover they did not even open the roof.
