Just in time

My husband got the second coat of protective stain on the deck just in time. It had a nice amount of time to dry and now we are expecting a few days of heavy rains. In the past we haven't been so lucky. Sometimes we sand it down, get an unexpected rain before we re-coat and mold will start growing and we have to start from scratch.
