A Splash of Colour

Out early for a bike ride. Whilst still cool in the shade clear blue skies and little wind made the ride onto the moors delightful. However, there is still not a great deal of colour to warrant any panoramic shots.

A quick visit to the grounds of the Quaker Meeting House came up trumps with their floral displays. It was lovely to see a pre school group of children and parents enjoying a picnic in the gardens. These grounds are open for anyone who would like to enjoy the peaceful setting and views over Pickering.

It certainly provided a welcome respite to the bathroom renovations as a new basin toilet are fitted and construction work on the site of the old cinema!
