A well known view! ....

... at least to golfing Blippers!

Today I was meeting a friend for lunch in St Andrews and as usual with the fine weather parking was a major problem so I parked near the Old Course Hotel and walked.

After lunch I strolled along the path beside the 17th green and watched several groups of golfers - the first group were obviously tourists as each of them had a caddy and the group of 8 stopped for the golfers to be photographed on the famous Swilken bridge. No doubt their wallets will be much lighter this evening but at least they had a lovely day on which to play the famous Old Course at St Andrews!
