Aye.
After an 8 am physio session and a soul destroying morning researching insurance finally got the will to live back and made it out down the allotment. First time since August. Ooft.
Work rate much slower than before, but lovely to be there. When the pain started I stopped and sat down to do some light weeding. ( I left this weed alone-didn't like to interrupt)
