A landmark

Liz and Dori have been good friends for at least 35 years. Dori lives in Portugal and is here on holiday. When they agreed to be photographed together, Liz was delighted because Dori has always refused previously.

So here they are, in our garden in a shady corner.

It's lovely when good friendships last and continue to be supportive through whatever life throws at the people involved.

I have been very good and rested Arth all day, catching up on TV programmes from last week. He feels a bit better tonight.
