Hit the ground running at work today; to the point it did my head in.
Thankfully the weather was pretty bloody lovely on Monday, so I took a walk close to where I used to live.
Headed down towards the Manchester Ship Canal and soaked in the silence.

Until the cyclist appeared and I got out of the way.
