Early morning 5-miles
Back to the training-plan this morning ...
... managed the usual 5-mile run, along my favourite canal - details as follow:

Weight: 15stone 2pounds
Distance run: 5-miles
Pace: 10-mins/mile
Picture is my race number (arrived recently) for the Edinburgh Great Run, which is now a week on Sunday --- a further 20-miler this Saturday before then!
