opening time

...seems odd to put a flower into mono, as the colours were lovely, but I just really liked the simplicity and the lines of the petals with this tulip bud that is just opening. Very little time today as I am work cramming and stuff to go away at weekend so it was just another quickie in my experimenting with close up series this week as not much time to snap or play with images. Isn't this weather lovely...hope it holds.
