A place in time

Just 15 minutes

My friend Gaynor told me that when I'm feeling stressed with life and work, I should break the supposedly insurmountable tasks into little 15 min nibbles. So I use this wonderfully tactile wooden egg timer to set myself a 15 minute "window" to achieve what I can...then stop and move onto something else.

It's amazing what you can manage to do in just 15 minute blocks and that way the tasks get done (bit by bit) yet it all seems less of an ordeal.
