Lovage

Totally absent on Swedish market, absolute ingredient in Romanian kitchen. I'm sorry I can't use it fresh, I'll have to dry it and keep it safe. You can never know when I feel like cooking a Romanian dish.

I had to blip it so I can remember the English term better.

All the love to my mum, she insisted to send me a package with "Romanian stuff" like walnuts, white cheese, sour cabbage and lovage. As nothing goes without a high price, it took four days to reach here, it took me one week to find the time to pick it up and four long hours to travel there and home.
