Tree-felling at The Manse, Strathtay . . .

. . . we used to live in this manse before retiring to Pitlochry (six miles across the hills), so when we went through the village and saw the tree surgeon busy in the garden, we had to have a nosy.

There was a line of poplars behind the house - now gone - that's why we could see the sky.
