another beautiful sunny day. Visit to doctors for check up, one of my daughters came with me to get the low down on what is going on with me healthwise. Very useful visit and anything can be achieved with love and support and good healthy communication and of course a positive attitude. I suppose alongside that some acceptance of changed circumstances...........

so of course we had to go for some more retail therapy and another long lunch....
