M6 near Walsall

We travelled down to South Wales today for the Jan Kjellstrom orienteering event, which is held over the Easter weekend. This year it is in South Wales near Abergavenny. My wife's sister and partner live near Abergavenny and her mother lives in Abergavenny, so it's very convenient. Even better is that we have the house to ourselves, as J + C are off on a caving expedition to Borneo for a short time. The journey down was largely uneventful, except for some phantom queues near junction 13, and rush hour traffic near Walsall. This view was typical for 20 minutes or so. Still not adjusted to a smaller car, and it was just as well there were only 3 of us, as we have masses of shoes and laptops with us. Also lots of photographic stuff, but that's essential.
