Car Park.

There is little you can do to improve a grim 1970's concrete car park but this one has made a good try 0f it. All of the external walls and connecting walkways have been turned into a piece of artwork with murals, written work and numbers all in various shades of black and white. It certainly makes it a more interesting (and thought provoking) building to look at.
