Rude awakening

In Stepford wife mode today. As I'm on holiday, I can take time to do householdy stuff and this morning I decided to make a rhubarb crumble. I'd bought some rhubarb at the shops but remembered the Ards Man saying that there was some in the garden. The crumble will be totally fruit-filled!

Once I'd cut the leaves off the stalks I noticed this little chap underneath. He rolled upside down and I had to (gently) flip him the right way up. I think he's still asleep!

Hope he wakes up in time to crawl into hiding before a bird spots him.....
