Bread-head

Got this all-in-one silicone breadmaking thing the other day and decided to give it a whirl.
You mix, knead, prove and bake the loaf in the same vessel. Turned out quite nicely, though I needed to give it a wee bit longer in the oven to brown the crust properly. The bread was a bit more moist than usual, which I liked.
Definitely less washing up!
