Snow fall last night...

Dear Diary,

April is the cruelest of months! 70 degrees on Monday and then snow last night. Just when I thought I'd seen the last of it! Grandfather use to call snow in April the farmer's fertilizer. Not sure why, something about it adding nitrogen to the soil I think. I will try to think of it that way.

Ah well, this too shall pass...eventually... perhaps by the time I get back from my trip in early June.

Longing for the warmth...
