Another beady eye.

The partridge is such a shy bird and as soon as you get anywhere near it flies off. But they are so very pretty and colourful. When I see this picture I feel guilty that I ate partridge last winter! Well at least they are bred for shooting round here. But it doesn't make me feel any less guilty!
