Beano is feeling a lot better.

Managed to get a reasonable rest in the kennels.

He seems to be back to his old self.

Cheeky.

Naughty.

Playful.

He is with his new toy.

A rope that used to belong to Barnes.

Barnes died a couple of weeks ago from multiple tumours.

His owner tried all she could to save him.

But nothing worked.

Barnes was a huge, gentle German Shepherd.

He died at home, surrounded by love.

His owner gave this toy to Beano today.

It was Barnes's favourite.

So touching.

I am sure Beano will appreciate it.
