Team work

Today I went to Dorset with my work colleagues for a team building day on a farm. The farm is home to 20 adults with learning disabilities, they have a very happy life here growing crops, breeding livestock and keeping a dairy herd and running a farm shop. Our job today was to muck in. This is the first Hawthorn of over 30 that I planted to make a hedgerow around one of their fields. I also did a maypole dance and a drama workshop after having a lovely lunch, mostly sourced from the farm and cooked by the residents.
