Busking in the Sun

Knowing I (Chris) wanted to get to running club at home tonight, just for once I took a bit more time for lunch (a whole 25 minutes!) to both get something to eat and to get some photos. We're very close to a number of popular London locations (in this case outside the Tate Modern). Being a warm, sunny school holiday day today, the Southbank was packed, a great opportunity for the street performers to ply their trade. This guy (and his accompanying percussion player) were playing some laid back numbers that really suited the day.

Really great to get to running club tonight, a warm 6 miles and a pace around the 9 minute mile mark felt great even though I've missed a good few runs recently. Felt really good.

One more work day this week. :)
