Ting Thai Caravan

I know-another emergency blip!
Another frantic day of meetings and interviews, including with another great phd student, this time near the end of the process and ready to fly. Once again one of the meetings was over lunch but all the eating out is getting too much so we went to this Thai place and I had a very crisp, fresh salad with (a lot of!) chilli and a prawn. Delicious!
I was much less restrained over dinner with a colleague, but the afternoon had been trying (again!)
