Dress-up

DH's away tonight and I got the girls all to myself!

It's busy, no doubt, but it's extra sweet to have both of them circling around me. I even allowed myself to fall asleep with them, when I normally want them to fall asleep on their own.

As I laid down between them, my heart was swelling with love. I'm so blessed to have these sweet little angels as my kids, who look up to me with sheer adoration. While I basked in their affection, I had to remind myself that these moments are fleeting... I tried to soak up every bit of the present, so I can reminisce on these poignant moments when they no longer need mommy.

I wish they could stay this way forever.
