North Uist Seafood

To help with the recovery from my Norwegian adventure I was treated to some white wine, North Uist lobsters and smoked salmon courtesy of my aunt's brother-in-law. I definitely felt more alive afterwards. I do love my food and there is no question that seafood, especially shellfish, is right at the top of the favourite list!
