What a marvel - the Barber Sand Rake. It's to be seen just after
six in the morning. A mechanical version of the Fairy Godmother
waving a wand over sands littered with paper and bottles and
changing them into clean level sand again in less than half an
hour. Certainly the litter will be back but, be assured, so will the
Fairy Godmother long before the first child is there with a bucket
and spade.
