Hot Cross Buns

I have a serious weakness for Hot Cross Buns and after much sampling over the last few weeks I've concluded that Waitrose sells the tastiest, fruitiest and yummiest buns.

Popped along the road to the Maundy Thursday service this afternoon, a lovely opportunity to reflect and listen to some beautiful music.
