Fish n Chips Supreme

My last night staying with Deb and Lisa before heading back to the USA on Saturday - we had my favourite takeaway - fish n chips. The batter on the fish was thin and crunchy, the chips were crispy, and we even had kumara chips (the darker ones on the right). Perfectly naughty and perfectly yummy, as you can see from Sophie in the middle.
