They think it's all over?

A similar Blip to one I've done in the past but this time with a lot more poignancy. Ignore the plastic bags on the table as that's food for our little holiday as of tomorrow but it's more the football kits. Groans again for football I'm sure though this week I have made the very tough yet sensible decision to hang the old boots up. After 20yrs playing for the same team (exc Uni) it's time to pack up and move on. Downsides are not playing competitively, playing in a team with several good friends and captaining a team that has performed so well over the last 6 years. Upsides are saving my legs, seeing Lady A more on a Saturday, not travelling over to East London each week and ... not having to wash this kit.... Sad times but it's the right decision. Bonjeur to the great game.
