Bulgarian

These cups are mainly ornamental. But they have been used for cups of tea or coffee. As I was making cups of tea tonight, it seemed good to show these mugs off as my blip for the day. They came from a small pottery in Bulgaria, which we visited a few years ago. We watched very similar cups being made and marvelled at the skill of the potters when putting the decoration on the raw clay of the cups.
