Wood Friday

Sam's family have a tradition every year on Good Friday, where they gather to chop down and stack wood on Nana Pat's farm land.

We started about 9am and stopped for lunch at 1pm. During which it switched between slight drizzle to right out heavy downpour and back again. It was lovely meeting all of Sam's family and extended family but lost track of names as there were so many!
