Oh Christmas Tree

So, I need to be honest. As usual I have forgotten to change the time on my camera, so without realizing it, the picture for the 17th is actually from late the 16th and this picture is from tonight. But hey, I think you guys know I'm not trying to cheat the system - I'm just trying to get a post in.

So I broke my toe in a terrible stubbing this morning. Hurts like hell. Who knew? I thought a toe break was simply a slightly elevated form of a nail break. Oh how wrong I was.

I'm home though. So many times for the last three years things like this happened and I would cry because I wanted to be home, with my family, both taking care of me and barking at me to get over it. I find myself perfectly content that it was just as I had imagined it in my head. As we watched Oprah today and NieNie the burn victim was on my Aunt asked, "How's your toe feel now?" Same woman that took a cab home to rush me to the Dr.

So let the fun begin. Tree is strung, stockings soon to be hung and Christmas is on the way!!!
