On our way from New Orleans, we stopped in Whole Foods in Jackson to grab a bite to eat. These places are designed to perfection. You fill comfortable, and well taken care of, plenty of daylight, employees friendly to a fault. All this costs a bit more than it should, but it is nice to indulge every once in a while. Even knowing how perfectly engineered and not at all spontaneous is this experience...
