Tavy Cleave

A beautiful sunny day. I took a walk up through Tavy Cleave - it is a while since I last did this walk. It isn't one that the walking groups do because there are some rocky areas which can be difficult. The river Tavy flows through the valley which is a deeply incised and that is unusual for Dartmoor. This is just one one of many water features on the river. There are some more photos on my blog mydartmoorwalks.blogspot.co.uk

LARGE

I hope you are all enjoying the Easter holiday - a great shame the weather looks like it is going to break on Sunday.
