Hives!

Three beehives have recently appeared along the southwest-facing wall of the long-derelict cottage beside the road from Polinar Pond into Inverurie.

Although the house remains a ruin, the bees should be happy here - at least for a while - as the rapeseed in the fields all around is now coming into bright yellow bloom.
