Old bar

This is what's left of the old bar. It does need to go however it's built into the wall. Strike one.
It's bricked in. Strike two.
It's still carpeted and the rest of the floor had floating floor boards. Strike three.

Three strikes it's going to take a lot of work to replace it.
But then what happens with the new one Robert bought.
