Bliping on duty!

I watched this traffic warden as he paced the pavement waiting for the obligatory 10 minutes to pass before he started to book this car, I took the photo of him putting the ticket on the windscreen, but was then surprised to see him get his camera out and take a photo too! Reckon he Blips too!
