Easter Eggs 1

These are the eggs I decorated yesterday with onion skins and the small vinca flowers growing as ground cover outside the kitchen window.
It is my attempt at colouring Easter eggs but is no competition for His Lordship's efforts which will be blipped tomorrow on Easter Sunday.

With the weather set glorious again even with a still noticeable east wind chill, we visited a little jewel of an art and craft gallery near West Linton which has the added attraction of having an organic farm shop and café on site.

We took advantage of being in the area to visit LeeAnne's Mum who is recovering from a broken leg, having come off the worse for wear in a confrontation with the ground while on her bike. We found her in good spirits and raring to get back on two wheels again.
