It Feels Good to Stretch

I managed to get out for a very slow stroll in the nature reserve, I'm still not firing on all cylinders but it felt nice to be in the fresh air. Not many critters about today, so not much to choose from but this helpful cormorant seemed to enjoy posing for me.
