Not So Grey in Whitley Bay

The sun was shining & the skies cleared to reveal a bright blue sky as we walked the seafront at Whitley Bay, North Tyneside. How lucky we were!

Much like the ice cream cones (with flake & red sauce) we had from the retro beach front café, I am '99'% sure that none of my unwilling subjects will be thrilled with their feature on blip, for some unknown reason, as they all look fabulous & very celebratory-behind-the-scenes like! But after all, as this is A Monkey's Tale, to hell with it! So here are father & daughters in all their finery, with St. Mary's Lighthouse in the background for good, scenic measure.

We had a really nice day out & we're having an altogether lovely spring break.
