buzzard

Thank you so much for your sympathetic comments yesterday, they are all so much appreciated.

I had little enthusiasm for blipping today but Lesley suggested a trip to the bluebell woods which were lovely (but difficult to photograph even when you are in the mood). On the way home I spotted this buzzard, stopped the car crept back under as much cover as possible and got a couple of shots before like this before many more of his tail feathers flying into the distance.

Off for a meal this evening to the Old Gate in Brassington :)
