Lights over Royal Exchange Square

I finished work at lunchtime today - hurrah for the holidays.

Met #2 son and went into town to buy his Christmas present - he wouldn't come shopping with me otherwise. Seventeen year old sons love to don't go shopping with their mother. Thankfully, we had a successful afternoon, and ticked off all the items on my list. That will please some Blippers reading this - you know who you are!!

My assistant stood impatiently waiting, holding all the bags, muttering unhelpful comments, whilst I took several shots on the way back to the station.
