Winter at last

This is the sight I was greeted with when I left the house this morning. It was still pretty much like that when I got home from work. And again when we got home from visiting friends in East Lothian.

A good heavy snow fall through the night and we might actually end up with proper lying snow!!!

Had a great dinner at Chris and Lizzies house tonight. It was ages since we'd been out there so it was great to see them.

Ready for bed now though.
